I AM A PASSIONATE FITNESS ENTHUSIAST WHO HAS ALWAYS BEEN ACTIVE. GROWING UP (IN RUSSIA AND THE US) I WAS A BALLERINA AND PLAYED TENNIS.  AS AN ADULT I TRANSITIONED TO BEING A GYM BUNNY WHO MOSTLY RAN ON THE TREADMILL AND TOOK AN OCCASIONAL AEROBICS CLASS.

IN PART DUE TO BOREDOM AND IN PART THE RESULT OF KNEE PAIN I STARTED TO EXPLORE ALTERNATIVE WORKOUTS AND WAS WOWED BY THE RESULTS, BOTH STRENGTH AND TONING, WHICH I NEVER ACHIEVED ON THE TREADMILL. I AM VERY HAPPY TO SEE THAT THE HEALTH AND FITNESS OFFERINGS IN LONDON ARE EXPANDING RAPIDLY (A TREND THAT I OBSERVED DEVELOP WHEN LIVING IN NYC) AND WOULD LIKE TO INCREASE THE LOCAL AWARENESS OF ALL THE EXCITING DEVELOPMENTS.

I AM NOT A FITNESS PROFESSIONAL AND ALL OF THE REVIEWS & OPINIONS EXPRESSED THROUGHOUT THE BLOG ARE PURELY BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES.
